Refund Policy
EmpathEase is committed to providing a positive experience. Our Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and rescheduling are handled:
Standard Cancellations: With at least 24 hours notice, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your session.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions will be charged the full fee.
Prepaid Packages: If you discontinue a prepaid package, you will receive a refund for unused sessions minus the cost of attended sessions.
Workshops & Groups: Refund policies for workshops or group sessions may vary – check the registration materials for details.
